The Barton Musical

While creating a Valentine's Day card--snapping photos left and right, trying to get just one that would work-- we were bound to get some great candid shots. Here are a few of our favorites :)   And even though mom did receive some battle wounds during the process (see picture 3), we sure had a fun time (see picture 2).

Kayley has learned to say her name. When she sees herself in a picture or mirror, or when we point to her and ask, "Who is this?" She replies, "K-kley." It's so fun to see all the new things she learns each day. She really is a sweet girl and loves being friends with everyone. Here are some random photos of our big girl.    Wearing mommy's necklace (aka-"pretty")  Big smiles :)  What kid doesn't love a big box to play in?  When we go get Kayley after a nap, it's pretty typical to find her surrounded by clothes she's pulled out of her laundry basket. (If you look close, you can see that she's cuddling her pajamas like a teddy bear).  While mom was making dinner, Kayley found the broom and started sweeping. She loves being mom's big helper. Love her! We're so excited for Kayley to be a big sister. She loves to play with her baby dolls; wrapping them in blankets and giving them bottles and kiss...
