A Birthday, a Baby, some Big onion rings, and a Bear cub
Hello from Rexburg! (The snowman you see waving at you was built by Jeff back in January and positioned so it would be waving at Katie who was stuck in her room throwing up all day).
We have had so many fun things going on these past three months! Katie is almost done with student teaching--only 3 days left! (Hooray!) and Jeff has been training new management at work, as well as continuing to fufill his calling as 2nd counselor in a campus singles ward. Most excitingly, we are going to add a new member to our family! The baby keeps getting bigger and bigger (as does Katie's tummy), and we both have felt the baby move! The Lord has truly been mindful of our family and we feel extremely blessed. Now for the pictures!

March 1st was Jeff's birthday!
We invited the neighbors over for games and rice krispie treats.
We had such a fun day!
The fun continued on Saturday. We went to the Museum of Idaho to see their exhibit:
"Wolf to Woof: The History of Dogs"
This tunnel was supposed to show you what it would look like to be stuck in an avalanche and get rescued by a dog.
Jeff loves dogs, so spending a few hours surrounded by them (even if none were alive) made for a really fun afternoon :)
On our way home, we stopped by the falls of Idaho Falls. On this very spot, Jeff got on one knee, pulled out a ring, popped a question, and Katie said "yes!"
The rest of these pictures are random, fun things we've gotten to do in the past couple months.
This is a dark picture, so it's a little hard to see, but before we headed down to see family for Valentines day, we had a mini celebration at Red Robin for their onion rings! (In case you were not aware, Red Robin has the best onion rings in the world. Really. They are fantastic!)
For one of the singles ward activities, we went to this big gymnastics center. They had all the gymnastic equiptment, but it was surrounded by big mats and foam pits--allowing you to play all you want without getting hurt. They also had a big rock wall. it was a lot of fun!
(In case you can't tell, Katie is showing ever so slightly).
A few weeks ago, Bear World had some new bear cubs born. They opened it up so people could come see the bear cubs for free, so we went to check it out. It was really neat to see baby bears that close!
It was, however, slightly lame because you couldn't touch them or hold them (unless you paid $15 for a photo--no thanks). So we just got to look at them from afar, which was still pretty cool.
What's next? We find out today whether our baby is a boy or a girl!! We'll be back soon to let you know!

How exciting! What teases you are to tell us you are finding out, but make us wait! Katie you look adorable pregnant!
