A Potpourri Post
Hello all, with a flurry of events taking place recently, we have all sorts of things to post about. First up, Kayley has been striving for mobility. The process has been fun, and over the past few months, she has really gotten the knack of crawling, as seen in the following.
Next are some events of the late winter early spring.
Alright! Way to go Kayley!
Along with learning to crawl, she is also learning to use her voice.
Jeff celebrated his birthday. As seen in the traditional rice krispy treat, he is now 24 years old!
Jeff has always loved dogs so he was all over the opportunity to hold a puppy that was for sale at the annual Rexburg "Snow Fest."
Next, as you may have seen elsewhere, we had a wedding in the family! Alex and Jodi were married on the 19th of March, and it was a beautiful wedding.
Here is Alex and Jodi at the luncheon, they shared some really nice thoughts about the day and one another
Zach also shared some fun memories, as well as thoughts on the day
Kurt and Katie were in from Boston, and we got to meet little Jack for the first time! Katie held him for a while during the luncheon. Can't wait to spend more time with this little guy.
Here are the cousins in the car seat. Kayley and Jack
Grandmer with her Grandbabies
One of the more funny parts of the evening was getting all of the grandkids together for a picture.
Because the majority of the kids in the picture are 0-2, no one was sitting still despite the best efforts of their parents
Triston and Jayden held on strong throughout the chaos. They even held up the newborns, including the Averett's new little Brin Lee who was blessed the next day.
I look forward to watching this kind of thing with them when they are all older.
Alls well that ends well, despite a few tears
Throwing the bouquet
Jeff's Grandparent's on his Dad's side swung by and we had a great time catching up
Needless to say the wedding was a lot of fun, and we were so happy for the new couple. After all that fun though a person needs a little nap.
This is Kayley with her little panda friend that helps her fall asleep. She has been doing really well at nights lately, usually only waking up once to eat. Hurray!

Too cutie mu Katie. Sure do love my granddaughter. Papa
