Birthday Fun!

March 1st was Jeff's birthday. We had such a great day! Here's how it all went down:

- Jeff got sent off to work with his birthday breakfast.

- He heard on the radio that Mitt Romney was going to be in Idaho Falls at 1:00 and thought, "Hey, I'm in Idaho Falls!" So when work got out, he headed to the high school auditorium. There were about 300 people in front of him in line, and about 700 people behind him. He got inside and was handed a big Romney sign to wave around. Mitt walked out and he got to cheer and boo along with the crowd. There ended up being about 2,000 people there, so the energy was high, and Jeff had a great time. (pics from Jeff's phone)

- When Jeff got home from the rally, all his fun birthday mail was waiting for him!

- Then it was off to class. When he got home we headed to Idaho Falls for dinner. Jeff's choice?
So good.

- After returning home safe and sound from the blizzard (literally) we found in Idaho Falls, it was time to wrap up the day with the traditional birthday RiceKrispie treats.

Throughout the day, Jeff kept saying, "This is the perfect birthday!" Thanks to all our family and friends who sent gifts, cards, texts, calls, and simply showed your love and support. It really made the day special.

  1. So happy Katie has carried on the Rice Krispie tradtion! I think a lot of Robson All-Stars benefitted from the RK birthday numbers.
Jeff's birthday present was a quarter taped into the card for his quarter century mark.
