Pumpkin Carving 2012
Halloween is long over; Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's have all come and gone. Yes, it's a little random to be posting about pumpkins in January, but somehow we missed posting our annual pumpkin carvings when we did our Halloween post. Better late then never, so here you go :)
Katie's pumpkin: Belle Silhouette
Jeff's pumpkin: Rapunzel (Tangled)
Now back to January. We are doing great. Lana is getting her first tooth and army crawling all over the house. She loves eating most anything we giver her; crackers are her favorite. Kayley loves reading books and playing kitchen. She says the cutest, sweetest, funniest things all day. The other day she sat next to Lana, put her arm around her, and said, "Mom, Lana and I are best friends!" Jeff is still loving work, and Katie is happy to be home. Life is good and we're excited to see what fun adventures are in store for 2013!

Since Jeff's pattern was a little more complex this year, we used transfer paper to copy the design to our pumpkins instead of poking holes
We love how they turned out!
The Coopers came down to join us again this year. Charity and Christian both did pumpkins.
In honor of this year's school play, Charity did Les Mis (We don't have a finished picture because she had to take it home and finish it, but it turned out awesome! Way to go Charity!)
Christian did Link from Zelda. It was a challenging pumpkin, and he did a great job.
